After a sales career on a national as well as international level I took various project management responsibilities in a wide range of sectors with a particular expertise in conducting feasability-studies as well as developing, budgeting and contracting major project whereby I gained substantial experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and in delivering high-value complex projects to international organizations.
Over the past decade I carried out projects with particular attention for capability building initiatives, with strong people-centred pedagogical and coaching skills, more specific in developments and multi-stakeholder context. This gave me the opportunity to travel a lot in Africa where I learned to respect differences between people & cultures and to always look at the world with a positive and open mind. I strongly believe this is fundamental in everything you do both in professional and private life. During the last few years I have been assisting organizations in their reflection on how changing the work environment can contribute to the realization of their strategic goals and to the increase of wellbeing of their people.
