Peter Rakers

“Bringing out the best in people” is my leitmotiv. After my education in chemistry, I was immediately attracted by the power of team dynamics, first as a sales representative and later as manager in several chemical and pharmaceutical companies. Strategic thinking is part of my DNA. My experience with organisations, their culture and the according challenges enables me to explore the right talent for the right environment. As a coach and mediator, I learned to raise good questions and to genuinely listen to the interest of all parties involved.

I particularly like integrity and sincerity, a future based on possibilities, unconventional solutions for conventional problems, to coach and being coached, angry birds, skiing and jogging.

I mostly dislike the status quo, bureaucracy, ideology-based discussions, and shooter games.
